ARTICLE I - NAME

 The name of this organization is the Medical Staff of Citrus Valley Medical Center (Inter-Community Campus/Queen of the Valley Campus). This is an organized, self-governing body that functions in accordance with and under the authority of medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations initiated, adopted and implemented by its members and approved by the medical center's Board of Directors with such approval not being unreasonably withheld.

 These medical staff bylaws constitute an agreement negotiated at arm's length between the parties and to which the parties intend to be bound.
