One of the requirements of Joint Commission is to ensure that our patients and staff are educated about patient safety and patient rights and responsibilities. To meet this requirement, CVMC and Hospice have implemented a new patient and staff education program called “Just Ask.” An important part of this program is the patient safety brochure entitled “Take Your Health into Your Own Hands”.
